book tells about Indonesian condition in the era of colonialism. Yet for me the story is not that good. Sad to say but it is the truth this one girl character in the book gotta be one of the character I hate the most. So bad.
But. If u dig on smth historical this one can gave a clear yet not to shabby descriptions about that time condition
