If you accomplish some of your goals in a day, be grateful and give yourself a pat on the back instead of focusing solely on what was not accomplished. This is how you avoid burn out and love your life.

    Allow fresh thinking and energy to flow through your life. Stir the pot a little. When you stir the pot you don’t need all new ingredients, you just mix things up a bit. Life is movement, stagnation is the start of deterioration and death. Be alive and inspire other’s to do the same.
