    This book is very helpful for that people who struggled for years with my own addiction to alcohol. The first chapter in a book about quitting drinking has a bunch of quizzes and lists of symptoms to figure out whether or not you are an alcoholic. Make a list of the things that are hurting you right now. If you have no choice but to quit on your own.
