In a journal dedicated to your goals, write down all your dreams, big and small.
Choose up to eight goals you feel passion and positive energy about. Write them in order of highest importance to you. Write out all the details. As they say, God is in the details! And write them in the present tense, as if they have already materialized.
For example: “I am living in my new home, with a yellow door and a wraparound porch, in my favorite neighborhood.” Or “I am eating healthy food, and my size 8 black pants feel like pj’s.”

Pick a date when you want to realize each goal and place the date alongside that goal.
Each morning and evening, upon awaking and before going to sleep, ask or pray to your higher power, “What must I change in myself to achieve my goals?” Read your goals and image achieving each goal by the date.
Keep your goals between you and your higher power. This adds a dimension of belonging and faith when your goals are realized. It can be a spiritual experience, and I want you to feel it. You deserve it. So mum is the word.
Your goals may shift: some may become clearer and others may become uninteresting. The key is to trust yourself. You can remove goals or add new ones; however the spirit moves you is the way forward. Make your own rules with your higher power

An intention declares your underlying purpose. It’s what you want to see happen. Your intention can be quite broad (“I want to live in integrity with money”) or it can be narrower (“I want a job that puts my creativity to use”).

I like to think of goals as dreams with a deadlines. Goals are how you get your intentions to materialize. They are the concrete achievements you want to accomplish like signposts along the way

Own your money story and free yourself to write a new ending. Your detox began with your willingness to dig into and tell your own story. Owning your story about money is the basis of turning your life around. By now, you should have gotten in touch with a variety of stories—real, imagined, made up, brainwashed, inherited. Write the stories down as they come to you, without censoring them or feeling shame about them, and then figure out later what they mean and how true or untrue they are

Before we can truly forgive, we must make space in our heart by releasing our blame.

    1. Start by writing in your journal:

I am over with feeling shame about _________ [fill in the blank]
I am over with feeling sorry for myself about _________
I am no longer going to blame _____for _______
    2. Next write in your journal: I forgive myself totally and completely for___________ [fill in the blank].

take one-tenth (tithe means one-tenth) of my gross income either daily, weekly, or monthly as I receive money and I give it to people. I give it to people who remind me of who I am and people who help my soul grow. For example, I might give to a friend who makes me laugh when I really needed it, my hairdresser for making me feel extra beautiful, or an author for waking me up again. I also give to my spiritual community

We spend money on what we make a priority in our life. Often, our priorities are not in alignment with what we truly value, which you may notice as you do this exercise. So
