CHOICE determines the majority of peoples’ happiness. You can CHOOSE to be happy.

If you want to be happy, you must surround yourself with happy, positive people. You must be careful about where and with whom you spend your precious time. You may live to be 25, or 95, but I’m not sure why you would want to spend one day or even one minute around people who drag you into negativity and dreariness. You are most like the people you spend the most time with; take a close look at who you are spending the majority of your time with. Are they happy? Are they successful? Are they living a life that you would want for yourself? If not, it is time to spend less time with those people.
