This is one of the more classic methods of real estate income generation. It is a long-term investment strategy in which an investor purchases a property and holds it for an extended period of time. The investor will end up selling the property, but while waiting for the value to appreciate, they will rent it out and sort out real estate finance with the income the property generates.
