Dr Alan Clarke has written extensively about the development of ICT user skills over the last twenty years. He was NIACE’s Associate Director for ICT and Learning for 13 years and has worked for the National Council for Educational Technology and Department for Education. His books have covered all aspects of ICT from entry to professional levels.
