    Stand with your feet a little apart. Inhale and raise your wings to shoulder height. Raise your right leg and wrap it behind and around the standing left leg. While you balance on one foot, wrap your left wing around your right in front of you. Breathe and stand there in this twisted position. Meditate upon how the bad can be good, how pain can become joy. Keep breathing. Release and repeat on the other side
