Mitushi Ajmera

Mitushi Ajmera is an Indian fitness and nutrition coach and author. She writes evidence-based guides on health and wellbeing. She is best known for her book Fearless Diet (2026).

Mitushi Ajmera studied commerce at Saint Soldiers Public School from 1992 to 1995. She continued her studies at International College for Girls. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce there from 1995 to 1998.

Ajmera later trained as a Pilates teacher at the Pilates Institute of America. She completed this training in 2012. She then studied fitness and sports nutrition at the International Sports Sciences Association. This training ran from 2013 to 2018.

Ajmera also trained as a Pilardio teacher through JWLCC. In 2020, she completed further training as a Master Functional Trainer. The course ran at the Functional Training Institute between March and August. She later trained in Pilates at level four with Ereps.

In 2022, Ajmera completed teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga. The programme, run by Yoga with Carson, lasted from April to September. She qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the two-hundred-hour level.

Ajmera has worked as a fitness and nutrition coach for over fourteen years. She currently serves as Fitness Program Consultant at Evolve Wellness Club. She is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Ajmera's work spans several areas of health coaching. She delivers corporate wellness workshops and keynote talks. She also runs wellness sessions in schools and colleges. Her coaching addresses women's health and midlife wellness specifically.

Ajmera has described her coaching philosophy in her own words. She said, "I help people build a fearless relationship with food, fitness, and health." She added that her approach favours sustainable habits over fear or restriction.

In May 2026, Ajmera published Fearless Diet through Bloomsbury India. The book runs to 284 pages. It offers a science-backed guide to understanding the body's signals.

Fearless Diet addresses energy levels, cravings, and sleep patterns. It also covers metabolism, hormones, and menstrual cycles. Ajmera argues that lasting health begins with listening to the body. She rejects restriction in favour of sustainable habits.

The book offers guidance across several practical areas. These include mindful eating and weight management. It also covers movement, rest, and emotional wellbeing. Ajmera summarises her philosophy with the phrase, "Eat to celebrate life."

Fearless Diet reached the Amazon India bestseller list shortly after release. It ranked among new releases in healthy living and wellness. Mitushi Ajmera has since promoted the book through podcasts and interviews. She also leads book talks on nutrition and behaviour change.
