Nothing beats the feeling of completing your first full marathon, or knowing that you’ve given it your best.
The sun was blazing, it was sweltering, and it was all compounded by the heat emanating from the road. I was so dehydrated that I had stopped perspiring, and had to slow down to a walk.
Competition and challenges are what make us stronger and better, whether we win or not. Ultimately, what is more important than winning is character and self-development.
