Those moments that feel impossible are actually when change happens. In a sense, taking on challenges is impossible with the brain or the body we have, but pushing through them in a healthy way changes us, and we develop the body and brain we need to make overcoming those challenges possible.

gasping for breath and trying not to vomit. But now, because I’ve failed through many workouts with burpees, I can do them. All of the failures helped me get to a point where fifty burpees are a warm-up. This is as relevant to mental health and emotional fitness as it is to physical fitness.
