Andy Smith is a theatre maker who has been writing and performing his own work since 1999, operating under the name ‘a smith’ between 2002 and 2012. In 2013 he co-wrote and performed what happens to the hope at the end of the evening for the Almeida Theatre alongside his long-term collaborator Tim Crouch.
