Great book on how to behave as the leader of a team. What I love of this book is that teaches individuals in understanding the right attitude of the leader. There is a reason why the leader eat lasts, he or she must be strong enough to show everyone else that if he can surpass any obstacle or challenge, they can do it too. The best team will be that where each member is willing to eat last.

Anyone can be a leader but only few has the ability to be a good leader. Base on this book, a true leader not only lead a team for the company to move forward, he/she should show empathy to his team, positive attitude,honesty,commitment and many more good characterestic of a true leader. A good communication is the most important to achieve a good relationship.
